The Open Program (ages 4-adult)

Provides students the opportunity to study more leisurely by designing their own

personal weekly schedule, or to drop in for single classes.

Adults are welcome in all classes except for (Variations which needs prior consent)

Please Note: all classes are with academy students of all ages except for the Monday Teen/Adult Ballet 8 wk series.

Teen/Adult Ballet 8 wk series: $90 *no registration or enrollment fees

-There is a minimum of 6 students needed for this class to be in effect.
-Students are required to sign-up and pay for all eight classes in advance. Checks will not be cashed until a series is in effect.
-Notifications of the start of a new series will be sent out through email to all students who signed up.
-If the minimum enrollment is not met, your payment will be returned promptly.
-If you wish to join after the start of a series, you are welcome to take single classes at a single class rate.
-Please contact us if you wish to join.

we have a limited number of mats, you are welcome to bring your own.

Girls:

Black Leotard, Pink tights or

(Bare legs with white ankle socks)

and pink ballet slippers or pointe shoes. Light Pink knit leg warm-ups and Black ballet sweater or snug Black long sleeve shirt allowed when cold.

White Leotard for Pointe Classes on:

Wednesdays: 6:45-8:15

Boys:

White T-shirt or leotard, black tights or tight black shorts and black or white ballet slippers with white ankle socks.

Adults:

Suitable dance attire. No dress code.

Floor Barre:

Same attire as above with clean socks and no ballet slippers. Shorts Ok.

Make-ups are to be taken within 30 days of your missed class in any class appropriate to their age and level

New students with prior training ages 6-teens may need to take a placement class. Please contact us for an appointment.

All students will be given a list of classes from the schedule below that is suitable for their level.

Students may choose any or all classes from this list.

Pointe: All students must be at least 10 years of age and at a level of sufficient strength and technical aptitude to be eligible for pointe.

Please Note: Student’s classes may be adjusted by instructor if necessary. Any difference of tuition will also be adjusted.

Pro-rated classes will apply to all students enrolling after the start of a 12 week session.

POLICIES

-Tuition is due each session. A late fee of $15 be applied after the first week of classes. No refunds will be made on tuition or other fees.

-Classes are subject to change or cancellation. In this case your tuition and

schedules will be adjusted accordingly.

-If the instructor feels a students schedule requires adjustment during a session, the difference or balance in tuition if any, will either be credited or due at that time.

- CBA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Students need to enroll each session.

Enrollment Deposit $50:

Applied towards up-coming tuition when paid on or before the Enrollment Dates below.

Late Enrollment Fee $20:

Added to tuition when paying after Enrollment Dates below.
